I’m sorry, if that’s what you intended to write. Why did your Astarion choose seduction? Dufay isn’t their servant. He is their pimp. He instructs them all on who and how to hunt. They are fed only vermin and live together in the spawn dormitory. This is all explicit from multiple sources in game.

What about the scars timeline ? Why in the book happens so late? In the game Cazador makes him lure the victims for the ritual pretty soon, that's why he makes astarion do that

Not only that but it would be far easier to tell lure someone to the palace without sleeping with them beforehand. It doesn’t make sense. I can think of 100 lies off the top of my head to get someone to follow me to a random place, and Astarion is apparently a brilliant strategist in this book.
