Making sausage today. And not in the "having too many planning meetings & arguing with people" sense. I'm making actual Viet-style cold cuts for banh mi! After Brendan finally found a source for properly fluffy & crusty baguettes, I've gone on a bani mi rampage. Will also make chicken liver pâte!
