Went out a bit late, but enjoyed sleeping today - recovery is important, innit 😉 Garmin slowly extends the threshold times while increasing the pace - I'm all for it! Today was hard, but manageable - happy to do it. Reached "Well-trained" status on the endurance score! #running #pigtailpower

One hare, seven rabbits. The anachronistic tent is gone (maybe moved to the "modern" campgrounds?). #runsky #trailrunning

#runchat #running #sprints #run. Started the week with Sprint repeats. Had to adjust where I usually run them so wasn’t as flat a course but managed ok, exhausted at the end. Got through the session ok . 3 sets. 3 x 100metres, 2 mins rest after each with two mins walk recovery after each set
