It is probably fine though for your purposes. The other consideration, if you can, is that Github is Microsoft. Using a non-"bigtech" tool would be my 1st choice, but I also understand that that path may be too much friction. GitLab may be a viable alternative. docs.gitlab.com/user/project...

I had what I considered to be a gift of doing a 5k down the Avenue of the Giants. It was simply magnificent. I confess I teared up at the start. I’m always grateful when my legs are going to work that day so I can experience something like this.
