New modelling by @tcrgbath.bsky.social & @sarg-scharr.bsky.social shows the impact a polluter pays levy could have, raising up to £4.9 billion over 5 years💰 The modelling shows the policy could also prevent up to 10,000 hospital admissions & save almost 44,000 years of life over a 20 year period.

New data from ASH shows overwhelming public support for extending smokefree spaces to more outdoor settings. 📈🌳 The Government recently consulted on expanding smokefree spaces to limited settings, but more ambitious action is wanted and needed to create a smokefree society. 🚭
