Out of the top 100 most populated cities, Washington DC is 25th in violent crime per 100K people. Not ideal perhaps, but aren't there way bigger targets to go for than DC? Or is there some other reason perhaps... Also, New York is 60th, meaning it's below average in crime rate lol
