I feel like I'm lost in the open sea most of the time these days. I'm not sure which way to go to reach shore anymore, and if I swim blindly, I'll just drown. So I tread water as long as I can, and hope against hope for a rescue I'm not sure is coming. I hate it.

Got some work done on Primal Magick today, after almost two months away. I'd like to say that it felt good to be back, but mostly it just felt like a chore. Maybe that's just the depression talking, I don't know. I've been working on this upgrade for over a year now and I just want it to be over.

I haven't talked much about Primal Magick lately. That's because I've been collaborating on a *different* mod project for a different game. After two weeks of hard work, today we reached feature completion! That means I get to enjoy the fruits of my labors this weekend and go back to PM next week.

I'm not sure how or why, but I've somehow put myself in a position to have crunch time on a *hobby* project, and I'm in it. What a silly thing to do to oneself. At least it's been rewarding, plus I'm almost through it.
