This will backfire hugely. Those voting for it may not realise how many recent joiners will be alienated by it. Or maybe they simply don’t care. Feels like the cancer that afflicted Labour under Corbyn has metastasised and is now causing havoc in a different place. An absolute fucking tragedy.
