(3/3) At least we hope for gradual change. I also hope for something comparable to a lightning strike: The electrostatic charge between the cloud and ground has built up to the extent that it causes localised streamers to break down the electrical resistance of the air, everything aligns and BOOM!

(2/3) I too feel compelled to speak out against the injustices of how #MECFS is treated, drop anonymity and use my small privilege to highlight the horrors of severe ME/CFS. I was compelled to seek the #PACEtrial dataset, as the goalpost shifting insulted our intelligence and threatened our health.

1) 🇳🇱 Good news: Felipe Correa da Silva, the researcher leading the brain tissue analysis in ME/CFS, announced that he won a new Dutch grant called "Off Road." It is intended for curiosity-driven, high risk, high reward ideas and provides up to €100.000 in funding.
