Heyo, me again, fun fact: Armored Core For Answer had a fully functional replay system. It was cut late into development due to memory restraints and requiring stitching several files together to get a full replay. I know this because I got it working again. 🗿 youtu.be/RW5euhcUYIs

Show PostPeople compare this game to a fighting game often which is accurate but giving it full on rollback netcode is CRAZY and Flashfire is probably one of the greatest coders in the world for being able to achieve this feat.
Show PostBeen perfecting the modding tools for custom maps, but his was me trying to get flat images to work and it came out well. Plenty of more cool things coming for the Armored Core for Answer recomp
Show PostLittle experiment I did with ACRE( Armored core for Answer recompiled). It’s still extremely experimental, and not going to end up in the full release but here is ray traced shadows. It took some serious shenanigans but it’s a solid proof of concept for the future. Also optimization is done.
