Best principal I ever had spent every morning of his first semester in our building just hanging out in the hall, watching, chatting. I talked w/ him about it later. He said, "when you're new, you take time to watch & learn." And he stopped by classrooms OFTEN and asked us, "How can I help you?"

I always want to ask the annoying ass work busy bodies how they have enough time to be in everybody else’s business. I struggle to have the time to do the job I’m supposed to do let alone worry about anybody else’s. That’s why there is a principal and they are not one.
