The first thing I did was look at Lombard (also ODOT). I see people speeding 55-60+ on the 4-lane section between ne 11 and ne 60, have seen 2 crashes there this year. Simply inexcusable. (Oh, and I'm personally not calling it "Highway 30 Bypass" so long as the houses have Lombard addresses)
