Show PostThere’s definitely an opportunity here for CVS. When a major competitor closes 1,200 stores, somebody has to absorb that patient demand. If CVS can do that while keeping locations accessible and service consistent, that could be a pretty meaningful shift in the market.

You should be more annoyed at the nationwide theft problem pushing stores to lock up everyday products than at CVS for protecting its inventory. The store is reacting to a problem affecting retailers everywhere. Getting mad at the employees or the store for that seems like aiming at the wrong target
Show PostPharmacy advocacy matters, and so does getting the reform right. Independent pharmacies deserve fair reimbursement, but PBMs also provide important negotiating and benefit management functions. The goal should be fixing bad incentives without removing what works.
