Decent morning with MPR in Blithe Bay, good movement of Pinkfeet with flocks of 148 and ca70 all flying east, at 09.32 hrs. 12 adult Whooper swans dropped in. Also a year tick in the form of a Rock pipit was present.

After a call from Steve N I hastily headed to Belvide.No sign of the BBS.As the A5 was closed I went thru the WMI site nr Calf Heath & saw a new pool.I didn’t stop due to rush but Mart Yapp did & found a Knot. Present as I returned late morn.Also 14 Teal, 50 Herrings, 120 LBBG, 170+BHG #staffsbirds
