I dropped my Washington State ballot in the drop box, stuck the "I VOTED" sticker on my Wonkette HELL. NO. hat, and went to the local No Kings sidewalk demonstration. A good day!

Speaking purely personally, I do not see how I could argue I was using X for some "greater good" of advocacy when the main principles behind X these days are the a antithesis of basic rights, respect, freedoms and democracy. The ROI just doesn't pay off in making that particular devil's bargain. 4/

Genuinely taken aback that this comment came from a *Labour* MP. Setting aside the 'debate' around women's only spaces this is basically saying the very *sight* of a trans person might upset her mum? Maybe Tonia could reassure her mum the trans person is just *another human being* and not a monster
