honestly its a premise used by a lot of artist. "In Emergency Break Glass" I don't think their emergency was the same as mine, no idea. There used to be an Instagram page where they shamed artists that stole from others. It showed the original beside the copy. I have always talked about my inspo.

that literally had been in a show with me a year before. I was devastated. Truth be told I popped into the gallery to see how my piece looked and bolted, because I was heading out of town. When I was accused, I looked at the press from the show and saw Their name above mine in the mentions.

So long as you work hard to make the music your own you should be okay. There is nothing new under the sun as they say. I have been accused of copying in my art not AI. If I wasn't such a self centered beotch...They had good reason to think so. But I honestly did not see the other artist's work

The issue isn't hypocrisy in who is allowed to violate IP. The issue is framing AI training as an IP violation at all. AI training is generally transformative. AI output is generally transformative. A world where transformative use is illegal is a hellscape of corporate enforced thought crimes.
