Oh wow! For some odd reason it reminded me of when someone (psychologist?OT?) said it would be good for me to do a lecture on dementia for the other patients. And they decided I would do it at breakfast. But they didn’t give me my clothes so I did it in pjs 🤷♀️ Hope yours goes better 🤣

#3GoodThings • Mr had a bad pain day but had a moment of endorphin relief when he found a big Toblerone on sale. • remembered to put washing in dryer. • downloaded my physio app and it looks like stuff I can do w/out falling over so that's promising.

Ok SO I have never done it but it's a course offered through the NHS that's like equine therapy except it's not therapy so they can't use that word and just call themselves THE HORSE COURSE. it started in prisons but now it's used for all Mentals And The Badly Behaved and they've partnered
