I'm unsure about linking my Strava to Claude as it has a social graph. I'm thinking no for now, as the benefits don't look that good, compared to the problems of feeding my social graph to LLMs, something I've avoided doing so far. (Work LLMs are different, as Copilot already has access to AD)
