If true, presumably Starlink broke a contract, and should be liable for the property damage, injury and death which resulted. And Musk should be liable personally for whatever principle they have in US or state law for procuring breach of contract. I assume someone is working on it.

I don’t know. But he’s the only one I’ve seen apologize. Including the Ramaswamy camp, who are going with a “who knows what the truth is, but it would be totally of Acton to lie about this” line. I’m not giving this guy a Nobel. And I don’t know what his motives are. But he’s done the right thing.
