We left a week later than originally scheduled, & were flying from the U.K. We've been reimbursed for expenses incurred over the week we were delayed. My wife received lump sum compensation (x3; for her, plus two kids), but I have not received -- or heard about receiving -- lump sum compensation.
Show PostCurious if you had to chase them down for that compensation. Or did they just take that long, long time to finally let you know you'd be receiving it? I'm in the same boat, but have not heard a peep from AC (although my wife received compensation not long after we finally got home in August).
