Thanks my man. I guess I’m just worried it’ll put me back to square one again. My whole thing was opioids. I’m gonna try and get thru with over the counter meds, and if it gets too much then set a VERY structured plan with my GP and get the mrs to assist in supply and dosage. Thanks Jay!

@jaymotty.bsky.social Hi Jay. Just watching your ep on Howson podcast. Amazing. I’m 5.5 years sober. I’m due to have a septoplasty in Dec due to a birth defect. My thing was opiates/pain pills. I’m terrified of needing them for the op. What op did you have and did you need the pills?
