Astounding weather this morning. I ran from Loch Morlich up to the summit of Cairn Gorm (a Munro, - Scottish Hill over 3000ft). There was hoar frost on the cairn and a bit of mist over the Loch.

That I have no idea what they ran before the 5K or what they’re planning on doing after. Or maybe they’re carrying their stuff in it, as it’s one of the more practical ways to carry stuff when you’re running. Or maybe they just like wearing it and it’s none of my business

I do a test mile before, easyish light breathing etc. For example before my speed session this week I ran for 15 minutes no looking at my watch. My average for that was 10.45 so that's what I stuck my pacepro on. There was a few times I went to quick so next pacepro will be 10.40
