Saddened to hear of Helen Branswell's passing. I really respected her quantitatively driven, dogged and clear reporting. She helped us tremendously over the years, and especially since 2020, in tracking and interpreting public health data, and holding our institutions accountable. She'll be missed.

There are some people you just feel better knowing that they're out there. Helen was one of those people. The outpouring among so many tonight, is testament to that. The world is a little emptier tonight without her. Thank you for everything @helenbranswell.bsky.social!
