you can buy fake respect & people who pretend to love/like you, you can collect hangers on / lackeys / ass kissers. what you can't have, no matter how much dough or power you have, is people around you who ACTUALLY like or love you & respect you, not if you're a selfish, toxic, destructive assclown

it's not just that they get to hoard/take all resources, time, attention, power, influence and oxygen, we HAVE to love them too. That's what breaks them -- we don't! If they are unrepentant full-on jerks hurting the world, we can, at least some of the time (for now), nope out of even LIKING them!
