I literally said that already hahahahaha thats why transit is the advantage. 30 min train ride LA is a 55 min car trip in Texas plus gas and parking fees.
Show PostA dense suburb can support far more infrastructure, businesses and walkable amenities than a sprawly one. The favorite restaurant in a dense suburb isn’t 42 minutes away, especially in SoCal where you have entire malls of incredible ethnic restaurants.
