I repeat, the new sounding of sirens is for an area of rotation that is several (well, 7) miles north of downtown Bloomington, and moving away from town. There is no tornado risk in Bloomington at this time.

Sirens will now start sounding in Monroe County, but the tornado warning in question does not include Bloomington. It is for a storm that will scrape the far northern section of the county. This particular area of rotation is not for Bloomington.
