Indeed, CL vs. no CL in our study comparing endometrial preparation protocols using ovulatory cycles (whether true natural/modified natural) vs. AC, on the outcomes of the first embryo transfer (to avoid the bias of previous failed attempts). Significantly higher LBR in cycles using a CL. #ESHREjc

There lies the complexity! In oocyte donation cycles, AC is the answer to 2 main issues: 1) irregular/absent menstrual cycles and 2) logistical reasons / donor availability. AC should not be demonized given its role in facilitating access, sometimes as only treatment option. #ESHREjc
