According to notes on airliners(.)net, they're bleeding money on a lot of their NYC routes, so if they can move things around to keep themselves afloat, I'm all in favor. I just don't know if FLL will be lucrative enough.

I expect them to do an anti-trust, anti-monopolization review, but if most employees are relocated or offered severance, I suspect this will pass if the unions support it.

This makes sense, I expect the Castlelake deal to be done by 4Q26 and the partition plans to be announced by end of 2Q27.
