👇Super excited about this work. 👇 Our first proteome analysis of tumor-reactive T cells from non-small cell lung cancer lesions. We identify differentially expressed proteins that we would have missed with RNA-seq. We learned how CHD4 and FASN contribute to T cell differentiation and function.

Finally out in @Cellcellpress! Proteins with long IDRs are prone to misfolding during protein synthesis. This is prevented by mRNA 3′UTRs that act as mRNA-based IDR chaperones. www.cell.com/cell/fulltex...
