also i think you only get that look after several days of dehydration i saw henry cavill talk about this because he did that specific look and uhhh he didn't like it.

He also has a nutritionist, private cook, personal trainers, and an extensive private gym all paid for by the studio. Because it is his job, he can spend 4-8 hours per day working out.

Also, that is not what he actually looks like. That is what he looks like immediately after specifically training for a role, which involves activities (including PEDs) detrimental to his long term health. He doesn't walk around like that 12 months a year.
