Everyone involved is cisgender, which means that if they got aggressive cancer and the only available care bed was for someone of the opposite sex, the hospital would almost certainly make a care-based exemption, which is something they can do. They just don't do it for trans women.

This is the inevitable and immediate result of imposing "separate but equal" doctrine on trans people. They mandate putting us in isolated 3rd sex facilities, but no such facilities exist, so it becomes legal to simply refuse care. This is what trans genocide at it's most base looks like.
