All I asked my mum was not to misgender or deadname me and she couldn't fucking do it, so I cut her off. She's obviously upset about it. But if she can't do that one very simple thing, she clearly doesn't actually care enough for me to worry what she thinks about the situation.

Everyone involved is cisgender, which means that if they got aggressive cancer and the only available care bed was for someone of the opposite sex, the hospital would almost certainly make a care-based exemption, which is something they can do. They just don't do it for trans women.
