I’ve always been the sort of girl who runs directly toward a fire. I’ve performed CPR, first responding is very deeply ingrained in who I am as a person. I’m not always as good at disengaging from crisis situations once they’re over. Gonna do my best to rest tonight ❤️ Self-care is important.
