I'm just very glad that you're still among us. Please don't stress yourself about "catching up" or anything. As someone who just finished the first round of confrontation/emdr for complex trauma after 6ys of therapy while having CFS, I know that this is ...a LOT. And I'm only one person in my head.🫂

I’m glad there’ve at least been some silver linings to a really rough summer. Looking forward to more TFR as you feel up to it, but more than anything to you getting out of the getting worse phase and into getting better!
