A brighter day today and less intrusion from the Complex PTSD and OCD. It’s amazing how the mental battle affects you physically: I feel like I have run a marathon. Yet I got out into nature, meditated, did lots of gardening and a 5K run. I find exercise helps when the head is bad. 🙏 #mentalhealth
