Weirdly, I think The Mission was the first thing I ever bought on VHS because my GCSE English teacher @realgeoffbarton.bsky.social did exactly this and I loved it. Difference between 13yos and 15/16yos I guess. We did several filns, the only other one I really remember is Mike Leigh's Life Is Sweet
