This is a really good exploration of the challenges Ofsted faces. But it misses the big one! We don’t know if the framework actually improves schools! It has not been tested, it doesn’t have any research/evidence behind it to give it credibility bsky.app/profile/tesm...

Interesting editorial from @jonsevers.bsky.social I agree wholeheartedly with his plea for a broader conception of research across the sector. Different questions require different methodologies to answer them. tes-magazine-daily.beehiiv.com/p/whose-evid...
