Catford #parkrun 371 saw 285 runners and walkers finish in glorious autumnal conditions. There were 56 1st timers, with 5 doing their very 1st parkrun. There were 38 PBs. As always, a massive thank you to the 29 volunteers who made it all happen! www.parkrun.org.uk/catford/resu...

Bushy #parkrun this fresh morning with lovely sunshine, friends and family, and pace makers. No wonder I was inspired to achieve my best time this year and to get up to third in my ancient age group.

A disappointing #parkrun as I could only come second in the best dressed runner category; I almost made up for this with my quickest time of the year. Litter picking/course check before, chatting afterwards. #greenrunners #jogdivision #mountsfieldpark #catfordparkrun
