#Parkrun: Ben's yard. Decided to do a gentle run today (31:12). Ankle still hurt. Might have to see a specialist about it as it's been 4 months now. First cold run of the season. Not too bad, but noticable.

Autumn sunshine over the observatory during this morning’s parkrun. Both photos were captured by my DJI Osmo Nano, automatically taking photographs as I ran past. I was far too busy concentrating on the running to notice quite how lovely the light was! 📷🏃♂️ #Photography #DJIOsmoNano #Parkrun

I’ve suddenly turned rather chilly today, so I’m popping on my thermal long-sleeve sports top. 🌳🏃♂️ #parkrun #loveparkrun
