Lunch today, chicken cordon bleu, with potatoes gratin, broccolini, I made a white wine, Dijon cheese sauce from some leftover cheese sauce.

I’m just not eating. I think they’re almost to point of ”eat what you want and we’ll worry later”. I had 1/4 of a turkey sandwich today and maybe 4 bites of potato salad all day. I’m down almost 50 lbs and could have maybe stood to lose 20 when it started. Stroke diet! It’s like Atkins. 😆😆
