High-temp seared NY strip on a smoking hot cast iron pan with sautéed onions that we shared between us. Huge stuffed baked Idaho with chives, cheddar and big seasoning, steamed asparagus and a salad. That was dinner. The secret is in the sharing or we would be 2 huge blimps.🤪
