Wow that is a stunner! And also, I do! But my biggest first caution is to eat a moderate amount at first if you’ve never had them. There is a slightly higher than average rate of idiosyncratic digestive intolerance (more common in the west coast clades esp. L gilbertsonii but caution is still good)
