finished making carnitas in the smaller round oven and red onion quickle brine in the larger saucepot and scrubbed them out with hot soapy water and set them back on the burner and said to myself, aloud, to absolutely nobody, there's nobody else in the whole house, "... a pleasure to have in class"

look at this, we made this earlier in the old one because the new one hadn't arrived at that point and it was like almost full and then i dumped it in here to warm it up. look how much space there is

i planned the menu around their arrival day so tonight i have the first of the dishes i was excited to make in a nice big new pot (chicken n dumplings) but i am in very real danger of having to cook it in a bedraggled old Lodge if the UPS guy doesn't scoot his boot

i've had a 5.5 but sized up to the 9 but i am six feet tall and very strong. i think that size might be unrealistic for smaller people
