LITERALLY the first thing in mind. If my wife loses her job, NONE of us have insurance. That’s ridiculous. Why can I put my spouse on my policy and not my brother? Or my mom? Get employers out of the picture, entirely. Want to make it a benefit? Awesome! $500/month extra would be awesome!
