A few days ago Shaan was sharing embarrassing career moments on MFM podcast. I was getting ready to go for a quick run. Literally right on cue, I fell down the stairs lol. I got up and ran 3 miles...in a world of pain today but there's something about getting back up…or just being an idiot?? 😂
