A1: I start the school year by having students sign a contract that includes anti-bullying provisions. I also watch out for instances where I see students being targeted and make sure they can discreetly approach me if they need to talk. #TeacherEd #SafeSchools

Q1 #TeacherEd #SafeSchools I monitor student interaction for any signs of aggression and hostility and address any perceived issues by moderating student disputes, recording any incidents of conflict, reporting infractions to family and administration, and referring these cases to behavioral team.
