2/ approach. I do a morning zoom Bible study, have done evening hybrid adult ed, also tried noontime. Sometime's a coffee hour time forum. Pastoral care is phone, text, meet right after work, sometimes zoom.

Our formation hour happens between services, and it's for all ages. Occasional hybrid or online classes work in the evening. (I've only been here 16 months, so we're still figuring each other out)

It's been different in other cities. But here, pastoral care has been mostly phone calls and texts with those groups. Or private conversations during coffee hour. Lunch breaks and after-work walks are the best for in-person.
