I was tempted to keep him, but mostly just glad he'd stayed on the payment and come over to inspect what I was doing in my garden... If it had been a blue roan Cocker Spaniel, then I would probably be a new dog owner keeping quiet about it on social media...
Show PostIf you ever do it, I can recommend plenty of spots in Kent, London and Cambridgeshire... Nothing better than discovering a random secondhand book, music or comic shop, and ending up with some weird unplanned purchases...

One of my favourite places in Baggins Book Bazaar - a small shopfront in which you'll find England's largest secondhand bookshop and a warren of shelves which appear to have used Tardis-like technology to fit into the available space... They could probably bottle the aroma of knowledge...
