Another medical facility has been hit in Kyiv. Mayor Vitaliy Klychko says the roof of the building in Solomianskyi distrcict, was struck by a Russian drone. The roof is partially destroyed. There is no word yet on possible injuries.

Another Epitsentr shopping complex has been hit by Russia. Last night a store in Khmelnytskyi was targeted. This morning's strike was in Dubno, in the west of Rivne region. Three people were injured, two are in hospital.

Novo Vodolaha is observing a day of mourning following the terrorist attack which killed 6 people in a park yesterday. The town has published names & pictures of 5 of the victims. Anhelina and her mum I've already mentioned. Arina was just 8 years old, Iuliia 34 and Marianna 36.

Western Ukraine and Odesa are among the places struggling most with power this morning. More strikes on substations caused outages in Odesa, with hospitals and other critical services relying on back-up power sources. No-one was injured.
