He is not my candidate. The reason Hollywood doesn't want this deal to happen is because of the thousands of jobs that will be lost. Not the opposite. WB will be overloaded with so much debt their only option will be to cut & cut & cut, just like they did with the last merger. Gavin Newsom sucks.
